This is an aesthetically stunning property, with bougainvilleas blossoms draping over every balcony and tall palm trees swaying…and no matter where you gaze, this resort is absolutely beautiful – especially the adults-only pool (I took more than 100 images of just that area).

“This resort truly transports you to another place – with so many plants and flowers, it actually makes you feel like you are in Puerto Vallarta!
Some luxury resorts miss the mark when it comes to providing truly family-friendly inclusions…but not this one. This is the perfect size for families. Some rooms can hold a family of 6 and provide 2 bathrooms, PLUS a plunge pool on the patio. There are a lot of different pool areas to separate the children’s water park from the quiet, adults-only pool.
I also LOVE their Baby Concierge option that includes everything a new parent would need when bringing their little one to this resort – the fact that you can easily shop for diapers, alleviates any stress of bringing enough for the trip!
If you’re a big travel planner, you will be rewarded at this resort! Guests are guaranteed connecting rooms and dinner reservations, if they are made in advance.”

“Unlike the stark desert theme that most Los Cabo resorts have, the Grand Velas is lush, giving it a Puerto Vallarta-feel.
The rooms and all elements in the space were massive. If guests need to escape the heat or relax, this is the place for you.
The resort puts in a lot of TLC in the way they prepare their food. We experienced a 9-course tasting meal designed by a 2-Michelin Star chef, and WOWZA. From the foie gras taster to a 5-ways chocolate dessert, I would highly recommend this experience to guests (and it is all included in your stay)!
They also put this amount of care and detail to cocktails and beverages. The property offers 50 varieties of wine, so there is truly something for everyone.
If you’re relaxing by the pool, don’t miss their boozy popsicle cart! Staff would come around the pool with mango or berry popsicles dipped in Grey Goose Vodka or top-shelf tequila. It’s a great way to cool off on a hot Los Cabos day!”
